CON 132 Graphic Communications for Construction
I was the Instructor of Record for this undergraduate course at Colorado State University. The course teaches manual drafting, AutoCAD, and Revit. I overhauled all of the course materials over the four semesters that I taught this course; I created templates so the format would be consistent across the curriculum (presentation slides, assignment sheets, software guides, etc.).
Women in Construction Management Summer Institute (Program for High School Students)
This program is hosted by the Department of Construction Mangement at Colorado State University. I was involved for four years and my participation increased each year; I taught the Intro to Plan Reading workshop and worked with the guest presenters (SMEs) to develop their workshops. During the pandemic, we had to redesign the program for virtual instruction; I developed a website for the participants to access materials and coached the presenters on modifying their workshops to virtual format.
